teaching four classes on saturdays in April starting

after which i intend to quit teaching

Drawing from Aikido, Yoga, Tai Chi, Dialogue, Improvisational Dance, Music, Theater
Real life application, Leadership & Team Development
It will be a combination of exercises & some take-home practices
And open dialogue around the essence, focus and purpose of our art & study
