[Virtualdojo-RNShihan] Erroneous unsubscriptions

It's come to my attention that due to some automated processing errors some
email addresses are being removed from the mailing list and
receiving unsubscribe notifications.

I am investigating the cause of the issue but I wanted to remind everyone
that anyone can subscribe by sending an email to

virtualdojo-subscribe at createabeautifulworld.org

even if you have just been removed.
